Overview
This practical course equips participants to use generative AI to improve productivity, creativity, and everyday problem-solving. Participants will develop hands-on skills in prompting, multimodal AI, workflow design, document analysis, image generation, and AI-assisted research using leading tools such as ChatGPT and Claude. The course also explores how generative AI systems are built and deployed, including retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), AI agents, and responsible AI practices. By the end of the course, participants will have created a personalised AI system comprising reusable prompts, workflows, and best practices that can be applied confidently in professional and personal contexts.
