Overview
This course equips professionals with essential operations management skills to enhance organisational efficiency. Sessions cover topics such as strategy alignment, forecasting, product and process design, job design, quality management, supply chain systems, and lean production methods. Participants will also explore the Toyota Production System, maintenance strategies, and the role of technology in operations.
