Overview
The Mining Tax Law postgraduate certificate course aims to provide participants with a thorough grounding in the fundamental principles of mining tax and royalty law, and to provide insight into the mining industry in general with particular focus on gold, platinum, coal diamonds and iron ore.
Duration
This is a block release course where participants attend five Saturday morning lectures from 08:30 to 14:00 on the following days 29 March, 12 April, 10 May, 07 June and 28 June 2025.
Format
Courses might be delivered through blended learning. Students are required to have basic computer skills and stable internet connection.
