Overview
This practical, intensive course is designed for supervisors and managers with limited financial knowledge. Through 7 hours of daily lectures and guided reading, participants will learn to read and interpret financial statements, assess risk, understand budgets, and analyse performance using key financial tools like CVP analysis and Du Pont methodology. Participants will also gain insight into capital budgeting and strategic financial decision-making. The course empowers professionals to confidently engage with financial data and contribute meaningfully to operational decisions. A quality-assured certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand is issued on successful completion.
