Overview
The Competition Law postgraduate certificate course aims to give participants a sophisticated understanding of South African competition law. The relevant legal and economic concepts and principles are explained in the context of international comparative competition law. The Competition Act 89 of 1998 (as amended) is systematically and critically analysed.
Duration
This is a block release course where participants attend evening lectures once a week from 17:30 to 19:00 during the period 10 February to 27 May 2025.
Format
Courses might be delivered through blended learning. Students are required to have basic computer skills and stable internet connection.
