Overview
This course equips students with essential business communication skills for the twenty-first century, focusing on effective interpersonal, digital, and professional communication in diverse workplace environments. Students explore the communication process, interpersonal and group dynamics, leadership communication styles, and the use of modern technologies and platforms. Practical emphasis is placed on communicating across multicultural settings and producing polished business reports, presentations, and messages tailored to organisational needs and audiences. A quality-assured certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand is issued on successful completion.
