Overview
This course provides an understanding of the research process, teaching students how to identify and investigate researchable problems, design appropriate methodologies, gather and analyse data, and present findings in a final report. Topics include research ethics, literature reviews, data interpretation, and academic writing. The course empowers participants to apply research as a tool for decision-making in social, educational, and workplace contexts. A quality-assured certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand is awarded on successful completion.
