Overview
This comprehensive course prepares students to manage complex supply chains in integrated business environments. Participants will explore the full scope of Supply Chain and Logistics Management, including ERP systems, procurement processes, supplier evaluation, warehousing, transportation logistics, and financial performance analysis. Topics include lean manufacturing tools, purchasing strategy, inventory control, and global SCM dimensions. students will also examine real-world logistics challenges and design data-driven solutions for performance improvement. Designed for supply chain professionals, analysts, and operations managers, this course builds both strategic insight and hands-on skills. A quality-assured certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand is issued on successful completion.
