Overview
This advanced course is designed for audit professionals and ACCA candidates seeking to master audit and assurance practices at a senior level. It builds critical thinking and analytical skills in a simulated audit manager or partner role. Students gain a deep understanding of ethics, quality control, audit planning, completion and reporting, and new developments in assurance practice. The course integrates International Standards on Auditing (ISA) and develops professional and employability skills relevant for the ACCA Advanced Audit and Assurance exam. The course suits junior auditors, trainees, or internal audit staff seeking to upskill or meet postgraduate entry requirements. A quality-assured certificate from the University of the Witwatersrand is issued on successful completion.
